I had a wonderful time last night. After fighting non-stop for a couple of days, me and Daniel finally made up and went out for dinner at CHIJMES. I was still mad at him and before agreeing to go out with him, i made him do all sorts of funny things like telling Nervos (David from IRC) he wants to kiss him..typing " I am a rubbish bin" (becos Daniel said i was talking rubbish when i said he didn't care about me)...Daniel came over to fetch me and we headed to CHIJMES (where on the bus i asked him to swallow part of the bus ticket which he really did! I was just kidding!!)

Ok i know i'm damn mean.

We went back to this restaurant "Gatsby" where i had dinner with Esther just the other day. Anyone read "The Great Gatsby"? We did that book for a lit module when we were in nus...and that restaurant was probably inspired by the novel (says Daniel because he spotted this poster of some movie which he suspects is the gatsby movie). There was a big combo dish which was known as "The Great Gatsby" which consists of lobster, salmon and alot of other yummy seafood, but we didn't order it because i thought it was far too expensive. Instead, we had burgundy snails for appetiser, i ordered barbecue chicken (as that was the daily half price special)...dan had his seafood spaghetti (one of our aims in trying new restaurant is to try their seafood spaghetti! Go try to the one at gatsby or cafe 211)...and we shared the brownie and apple crumble. The brownie was superb! Mmmmmmmmmm....

We decided to go back there for our xmas eve dinner and have the great gatsby combo!!

Anyway, today is sunday and dan has to work at combo, which leave the opportunity for me to go get his pressie. I'm really late this year because of the endless fighting..oh well at least things worked out ok. Gonna go out and meet Esther now......
