Guess i'm about done for my new layout! I've paid to get rid of the irritating banner and i hope it disappears soon enough. The people from Telstra came over this morning and tried to fix my phoneline. They sorta got rid of the crackling and the intermittent "dead phone" thing that has been happening for the past week or so, but if anything goes wrong again, I've gotta call up my landlord to send their contractors in. Seems that mice are making desserts out of my phone line...eeeks.

Many things happened within the last week.....dad and auntie left....2 tests whirled by....and i've sorted out some of my problems. Well, like they always say, when things can't get any lower, it will eventually get better. I like the chinese saying "chuan dao qiao tou zi ran zhi" and i always say that to myself or daniel whenever we're caught in desperate or exasperating situations. This year started out bad for me and it seems that the bad luck isn't running out as yet.

Oh well, but dan said "tomorrow will be better"...(yeah i know how damn much you believe in that heh)...

Had my second farm practical today. Surprisingly, luck was with me and i didn't get kicked in the head by the cows. I successfully (out of sheer luck i guess) got the mouth gag into the cow's mouth within 5 seconds....did my tubing (gotta pass a nasal tube down its nose and blahblah....into its tummy blahblah..without getting it down the airways)....took a blood sample from the tail (mum said "huh!?" when i told her that). I'm supposed to practise how to tie the cow's leg up to check for any foot/sole injury and in my opinion, that is quite a feat. Think i need to get back to gym again......

Goody..i've been online for nearly half an hour now...spent about 4 hours online in the afternoon. That means maybe my phone line is alright now? I hope the mice don't screw things up for me again...please...i've got lots of cheese in my fridge...PLEASE!
