It's good to finally be able to sleep in late! Woke up at around 10+ and waited for the telstra man to come and fix my line. Was watching "Rage" and got a little peeved seeing at least 2 mtvs which featured rock chicks smashing their guitar/bass. I thought musicians are supposed to love their instruments. Oh i forgot, it's COOL to do that. Saw another mtv which surprised me with a neat legato solo where the lead guitarist was playing with just his left hand like Steve Vai does *gasps*....together with the harmonizer, it sounded really good (but then i noticed the guy doesn't have a cable attached to his guitar obviously because he was playing in a swimming pool....not again.)....watched these weird bands for awhile...got tired of all that guitar smashing and decided to switch to "Top Hits" instead. Ended up watching M2M....at least they have catchy tunes and shows cute girls strumming their guitars instead of smashing them. Hmmmm......i think i am inspired to write more songs and learn a few more chords.

There's this air guitar competition going on in aussie right now...and i caught some of the finalists on tv last tuesday. They are so damn hilarious and i couldn't stop laughing when i was watching the tv. I'm gonna get the "Best Ever Air Guitar" CD which will be released soon....read from the official website that the CD will feature tracks from Deep Purple, Queen, Black Sabbath, WhiteSnake, Gary Moore etc.....i hope the finals will be aired on channel10 soon!

Oh yeah, i finally put up the pictures which me and dan took on my birthday. Our website "/abstract" (formerly known as "dreamcatcher") is currently under construction and broken links will be up soon. I'm glad the hols are here and i finally have the time to work on the site......catch up on whatever schoolwork....mug for the coming tests.....and go shopping! In no time, i'm heading back for Singapore too!
