Y'know, about the car accident that i mentioned in my last post, the deceased are actually my nephew, Shawn's church friends. This is bad. I called sis yesterday evening and spoke to her about the accident and all. Apparently, it was published in the Singapore papers as well and she got a little worried because no names were mentioned. Ah, it wouldn't be me. I wouldn't speed with anyone in the car, AND i wouldn't sit in someone's car if he/she speeds even when there passengers. My point is, if you wanna die, go die yourself. Don't drag other people into the shit with you. I'm not a great fan of load-sharing. If i were to be caught in a difficult situation, i don't ask for help often. Some call me stubborn, some call me proud, but i'd rather think of it as me not wanting to impose on other people or drag someone else into the sticky situation with me. That's just me, however stupid or stubborn you think i am in always taking the whole world on my shoulders, that's just me.

Anyway, sis also told me of another accident which recently happened near her place. The person involved is currently enrolled in the same NIE course as her. Unfortunately, she didn't make it. What's worse is the accident happened while she was heading back home from the hospital after she gave birth. Her baby was only 3 days old then. This is really really bad.

Okay from today onwards, no speeding for me (sis said i can't speed because my car is too small, that is SO NOT TRUE). I better live life to the fullest in case i die the next moment. I've always thought of drawing up a will just in case i die unexpectedly, then at least all my property and assets (if i have any) will not end up in the wrong hands. Hmmm.
