I'm not sure how many people actually remember the 3 black kittens that i brought home to foster months ago, but one of them (Beauty, now renamed Dee) came to the hospital today and was sterilised by yours truly. I was exceptionally careful, this being my first spay, and also because i still had that special bond with her. After all, i had been her "mum" since she was only 10 days' old up till about 8 weeks of age.

I wonder what happened to her brothers (they were sold off at Pet Paradise in Garden City). Oh well.

Anyway, i officially only have FIVE more uni weeks and i'm off to do my externship. Jittery but excited at the same time. I'm still contemplating what i really should do after graduation. There is a feline internship up for grabs in Melbourne and i'm really, really interested. Another equine intership at one of the top horse practices in Sydney as well. I've got job offers, but....well it's hard to come up with a decision thought i suspect i'll have to do it soon enough and so as to make the neccessary arrangements for everything. If i really intend to stay put in Aussie, i'll definitely ship Chester back again. Nevermind the 30-day quarantine period.

There're a lot of other things i wanna blog about, but everything seems to be really jumbled up at the moment. I've got tons of emails to reply, the senders ranging from long lost friends to new found mentors. Think it's wise that i use the Friday night to do that instead. Anyway, SPRING IS FINALLY HERE! It's a shame Chester is not with me at the moment because we'll definitely have a whale of a time going down to the beach and just having fun together. Oh well, at least i'll be seeing him real soon.
