Rock

Raaaawk On! (Part II)

I'm not exactly a metalhead, but here's it for those who care: Murder Of A Metal Legend - Dimebag Darrell. Rest in peace, Dimebag.

If you know who Dimebag is, that doesn't neccessarily elevate you to rocker status. BUT if you don't know who Dimebag is, you're not in the league! Haha!

Okay, i'm just kidding. I've been busy collecting other musicians' originals these few weeks. Rhumba, alternative, cheesy ballads, metal, chinese songs, i have 'em all! I'm appalled by my own lack of talent compared to these brilliant musicians.

BUT, i've heard a song recently and stupid me thought that PB wrote it. I'm not exactly very literate in music genres other than classical and rock (the more old school, shredding, long wavy hair kind), and i've never heard of "The Smiths" before. Anyway, this song's about being bold and gungho in life, and not being shy and coy. I've decided to heed the advice. I used to be really scared about sharing my songs with other people, in fear of being dissed and slammed. Just 2 days ago, i uploaded an old song that i wrote for BH years ago and got a fellow musician to listen to it. He commented that it was a catchy song and i have a sweet voice (ERM!). However, he suggested that chinese lyrics should be written to replace the original english ones. Point noted, will work on that soon, but i'll definitely record the song with its original lyric in my demo. In a world where no one regards anything/anyone special anymore, it is a special song to me no matter what.
