Lime Green

Lime Green and White Fur

I called Foong last night and it was great to catch up with her. She faced some really difficult times in the past and i'm so glad she's fine and really cheerful now. It's a pity she'll be going back to Perth tomorrow and we wouldn't be able to bring our dogs out to play. I love Aden, her new Alsatian puppy. I'm more and more convinced now that male dogs actually make better pets. Bitches (read: female dogs) can be real bitches (read: some women) sometimes. There are too many bitches in real life and it's probably not such a good idea to have one in the house as well. Haha.

BUT, i'll be popping by XX Clinic (the place she's doing her attachment at) later, and will probably see her for lunch. I hope there's not too many lunchtime surgeries today....*fingers crossed*.

I'm currently throwing out alot of old stuff from my room because i intend to revamp it before CNY. Blue, lime green and white fur (thank God for spotlight!) will be my main theme. Lavendar scented candles. Sheer curtains. New paint on my door. I think it's gonna rock.

Anyway, i found something that i thought i'd lost for years - a diamond ring strung on a silver necklace with a diamond cross pendant. I thought i had thrown it away by mistake (yah yah, shoot me for throwing away diamonds!!), but i was glad i didn't. DH was a bit peeved but still replaced my lost diamonds with new ones after he found out i had "thrown them away". Now, i have 2 sets of 'em! I searched high and low then but NEVER ever found them. It's funny how things just seem to hide themselves when you're desperately looking for them, but reappear once u stop looking.

Everyday, we discover new things, or recover old things that we've long forgotten about. That's Life i guess.
