Tutti Frutti
This is Tuti. The story behind this cute face? Read it here.
Thank God she met Chek Wee, Carol and Phyllis especially, who provided her with food and shelter for the past 3 months.
Tuti's right eye bears a corneal scar most likely due to an untreated infection. The eye looks somewhat cloudy and abnormal, which probably explains why potential adopters shun her.
But man, me and Dan fell in love with her beautiful coat markings and her sweet nature almost immediately. I haven't exactly gotten over Cocoa but i know that there are thousands of stray cats out there that desperately need homes. I knew i couldn't leave Phyllis' place empty-handed and so decided to adopt Tuti.
It's disheartening to know that there is so little i can do for the large population of stray dogs and cats, but i suppose doing something is better than doing nothing. Yet, seeing these people work so hard for the welfare of these stray animals is indeed heartwarming and i hope that in days to come, i can also contribute as much as they have.
See Tuti with her foster mum here. Bittersweet parting for them, but i certainly hope it's home sweet home at last for Tuti.
