The truth about cats and dogs: Won't fight meh? Won't fight one la, believe me!

Recently, a friend of ours wanted to go into a business venture. His plan was to open a vet clinic and make me the resident vet there.

I'm not sure if i'm ready to go back to private practice but i know for sure i will try my very best never to become a mercenary bitch that only cares about how much money i'd pocket at the end of the day. This is not to say i don't love cold hard cash. Who doesn't love money? I do, you do, we all do. If you say you don't, you can go kiss Chester's furry ass. Either that or you can get acquainted with my mum, cos i think she genuinely doesn't give a hoot about money and will readily give her everything to anyone in need. (p.s. no, i'm not giving you her handphone number)

One thing for sure, if the masterplan materialises somehow, i know i'd not only be working for the good of dogs owned by Gucci-clad tai-tais but definitely for our stray population as well. That's what i hope to do ultimately - to care for the uncared for. Well yeah, there are dogs with owners who are uncared for too, but let's not go there today.

Till then, i'm happy in my new job. Everyone seems agreeable with me especially the older aunties who would sometimes sneak up and slap my ass (don't ask me why). One of them even openly "checked my future husband out" when Mr. Heng came to pick me up from work. Comic sial. Smoking auntie from Level 2 is also forever asking me if i want to do lung damage exercise with her. If not, she'll be reminding me that pink looks good on me. I am a certified auntie killer. No joke.
