Wakey World! Let's all start smiling (and sending our pictures to that wotever million smiles thing). Anyway i thought this collage was a nice picture to put up. It probably is the best summary of my life - i'm a gigger/gig-goer/giggler (that's yours truly and Sheehan in Perth), a musician/ music lover, a dog lover, a middle-finger, rocker sign, i-love-you sign flasher, a doctor, a driver, a passenger (check out that side profile picture of me waiting for the tube in London), a girlfriend/wife-to-be and most of all, a narcissist. Hah!

I know i should have been more diligent in posting (erm should i?), but i realised that my current reaaaal life has been getting increasingly exciting by the day, hence the unintended hiatus. I know a lot of blogders (namely friends and relatives) have been checking my blog without fail everyday - i have a tracker (DOH!), so thank you for being a kaypoh and trying to keep in touch with me.

Newsflash: Chester has got his own place - Of Bones, Balls, Barks and Burps. That LJ was set up with the intent of blogging about animals, my life as an "animal caretaker" and other doggy/catty/hamstery/mousey stuff. I'm putting the dog in charge of that place now but i'll pop by to vet through and censor his writing once in a while. So Chester fans, get there now!

I've been involved with activities which are enriching for my spiritual, physical, mental and social well-being, all thanks to the new job which gives me so much more space and flexibility. Dan and I have been going for the weekly RCIA classes at The Church of St. Joseph. I must say that it has been really insightful and though-provoking so far, though it's abit disturbing when i'm jolted into the "i-wanna-be-a-sheep-and-not-a-goat" mode now and then. Dunno the goat and sheep story? I'll tell you next time. Trying to be a good person can be a bitch really tough sometimes.

And you know what? I've successfully passed the audition for the artiste training course! 80+ of us were hand-picked among 2000+ participants and i feel quite flattered, being the owner of this golden ticket that JJLin, Ah-Du, Hong Junyang etc. have also received before me. Lessons will start soon so i'm kinda excited...though at the same time, anxious about the dance portion of the syllabus (HELLLLLPP!). Always had 2 left feet but weirdly during my primary school days, i'm forever joining the bloody school talentime doing Madonna dance items with my other girlfriends (and winning some more)!!!! What the hell was i thinking about at that time?! Abit inconceivable right?

Been trying to get fit with Chester as well, getting him started on doggy sports and building up stamina. Two of us went running and stair climbing yesterday - i'm surprised he coped pretty well and i hope it's a sign that he's getting fitter. I, on the other hand, bloody old bag of bones, am suffering from muscle ache all over. It's quite hard to admit this but I'M OLD LIAO! OLD LIAO! OLD LIAO! Oh, and did i mention that i'm the most senior one in the artiste training course!? BAH! I really dunno how true it is that ginger is the "hottest" when it's most matured......
