I Do

4 more days to the BIG DAY! We're due to report at ROM tomorrow to collect our documents and make our statutory declarations. I think (and HOPE!) that everything is already settled except for some last minute nitty-gritty stuff! Can't believe i'll already be a missus by this time next week!

I'm excited yet nervous, happy yet sad (that i'll be finally leaving my parents after parasitising them for nearly 3 decades)....sad also that i'm reminded of relatives that have passed on, whom i know would be really, really happy to know that i'm finally getting married. I know that they're up there in the clouds watching over me and Dan and i know that for sure, they'll know that my heart is still with them even though they're not physically present with us anymore.

Anyways, the church wedding rehearsal is this evening and i'm sure we'll have lotsa fun...especially since the little ones, Tiffanie and Jenise will be there! Sis tried to teach Tiffanie how to walk properly (take small steps, walk slowly) but she being a clown, ended up shuffling her feet (on purpose some more!) and being so stiff that she resembled liang po po!!!! It was so hilarious, especially when Dad stepped in to teach her and he had to walk up and down the hall carrying the flower basket with her!

Still, i can't believe this is happening! It seems like yesterday when Dan and I were introduced to each other at ROB but that was bloody 9 years ago already! Many people have said that we're truly made for each other and i can't agree more (shamlessly, that is). Even though we have our ups and downs, and it's been a loooonng 9 years for us, i believe it was God that put us together and to be able to meet each other (when we could have met millions of others), get together and STAY together is indeed something we should treasure.

It'll be a mad rush these few days and i hope i remember to do everything i'm supposed to do! Will update and post pictures when i get a chance to!
