Ribbit Ribbit!

More pictures from Down Under!

These were taken during our road trip down South (to Margaret River). Stopped by at the Naturaliste Reptile Park at Carbanup River along the way and said hi to some of our slimy and scaly friends. I have a special affinity towards snakes (the husband happens to be born in the year of the snake too!) and would like to own one if i ever get the chance to! If that ever materialises, i will definitely have to make sure Chester doesn't get a chance to herd it because he did try to chase one down (probably to PLAY with it) when he was a puppy in Perth. Oh and yes, i'll have to make sure the baby and the cats don't end up as the snake's dinner too!!!

Haven't tidied up the snake pictures though (not particularly happy with those pictures anyway because they didn't turn out well, hmph.) but i'm pleased with how some of the frog shots turned out! In case you're interested to know (i'm not exactly a herpetologist in the making), the frog in the first pic is the green tree frog and the frog in the second and third pic is the green and golden bell frog.

Enjoy! I think these froggies are pretty cute! *ribbit ribbit*
